Gas Prices S O A R sorely in Small Town, USA

I swear I will slug the next man that EVER second guesses my motives! After I posted I took my 5 gallon hunky round red plastic gas jug and hauled it down the street. Lo and behold gas there was still 2.99. I said fill this up and top my car off (I had only had 3/4 tank from filling it with 35.00 the day before.) I said,"The prices are going to jump again." The man just looked at me, you know, one of those,"What planet did you come from?" look. I told him that if the prices go any higher I will let my yard grow pass the 10" of the code enforcement in the town I live, funny that there were cops EVERYWHER this morning and a few travelers, mostly the Mexicans coming back from Michigan to the South to go back to work. Why Michigan? Haven't a clue. Anyway back to my title.....
The man did as I asked and I spent another 32.00 in gas. Point is........ coming back from work today the SAME stations gas was 3.19. Raspberries to you to!
